New Jersey High School Basketball - Union holds off Summit
January 25, 2025: Summit, NJ 07091 In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Union Farmers basketball team scored a close 53-48 triumph over the Summit Hilltoppers.
The Farmers (5-11) will now prepare for their contest against Koinonia Academy (Plainfield, NJ). The go into the non-league contest with a 2-11 record. In their last contest, Koinonia Academy was tipped by College Achieve Central (North Plainfield, NJ), 66-33, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Hilltoppers confront the Livingston Lancers (Livingston, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 27. Summit will attempt to better on its 5-8 season record. The Lancers go into the contest with a 11-4 record after their 72-32 non-league loss to Westfield (Westfield, NJ).
