January 25, 2025: Elkton, SD 57026 The Edgerton Flying Dutchmen nipped the host Elkton/Lake Benton Elks basketball squad by a final score of 48-46 in Saturday's non-league outing.
Next, the Flying Dutchmen clash with the Murray County Central Rebels (Slayton, MN) in a A Section 3 outing, on Thursday, January 30. Edgerton will attempt to upgrade on its 9-12 season record.
The Elks (4-8) will now prepare for their outing against Deuel (Clear Lake, SD). The Cardinals enter the A Region 2 outing with a 3-8 record. In their last outing, Deuel got by Tiospa Zina (Agency Village, SD), 59-39, in a non-league outing.
