Massachusetts High School Basketball - Brockton tops Westwood
January 26, 2023: Westwood, MA 02090 Brockton Boxers (Brockton, MA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Westwood Wolverines (Westwood, MA), 60-52 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Brockton upgrades its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Boxers travel to Hingham (Hingham, MA) to play the Harbormen in a non-league bout on Sunday, January 29. The Harbormen come into the bout with a record of 6-8. Hingham won 72-63 in their recent non-league bout against Marshfield (Marshfield, MA)
Next up, the Wolverines play the Bellingham Blackhawks (Bellingham, MA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 27. Westwood will attempt to upgrade on its 7-7 season record. The Blackhawks come into the bout with a 2-11 record after their 74-50 non-league loss to Norwood (Norwood, MA).
