South Dakota High School Basketball - Canton overwhelms Sioux Falls Lutheran
January 26, 2023: Canton, SD 57013 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Canton C-Hawks (Canton, SD) and the visiting Sioux Falls Lutheran (Sioux Falls, SD), saw Canton's basketball squad wallop Sioux Falls Lutheran by a tally of 87-35.
With the victory, Canton improves its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The C-Hawks travel to Parker (Parker, SD) to confront the Pheasants in a A Region 4 challenge on Friday, January 27. The Pheasants come into the challenge with a record of 2-10. Parker lost 59-29 in their recent non-league challenge against West Central (Hartford, SD)
Next up, the confront the Chester Flyers (Chester, SD) in a B Region 3 challenge, on Friday, January 27. Sioux Falls Lutheran will attempt to improve on its 0-9 season record. The Flyers come into the challenge with a 3-10 record after their 66-40 league loss to Howard (Howard, SD).
