Horizon Science Academy (Lorain, OH) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Horizon Science Academy Dragons (Cleveland, OH), 56-50 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Horizon Science Academy upgrades its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The host Lawrence Upper (Sagamore Hills, OH) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 1-9.

Next up, the Dragons play the Grand River Academy (Austinburg, OH) in a Lake Effect bout, on Wednesday, February 1. Horizon Science Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record.
