South Carolina High School Basketball - Lexington overwhelms Chapin
January 26, 2023: Chapin, SC 29036 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Lexington Wildcats (Lexington, SC) and the host Chapin Eagles (Chapin, SC), saw Lexington's basketball squad wallop Chapin by a tally of 41-6.
With the victory, Lexington improves its record to 15-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats host River Bluff (Lexington, SC) to confront the Gators in a challenge on Monday, January 30. The Gators come into the challenge with a record of 4-1. River Bluff won 20-19 in their recent league challenge against Chapin (Chapin, SC)
Next up, the Eagles confront the Dutch Fork Silver Foxes (Irmo, SC) in a challenge, on Thursday, February 2. Chapin will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record. The Silver Foxes come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 54-17 league loss to Lexington (Lexington, SC).
