Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Marion Swamp Foxes (Marion, SC) and the host Andrews Yellowjackets (Andrews, SC), saw Marion's basketball squad wallop Andrews by a tally of 63-36.

With the victory, Marion improves its record to 14-8 on the campaign. The Swamp Foxes host Kingstree (Kingstree, SC) to confront the Blazers in a AA Region 8 challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Blazers come into the challenge with a record of 11-6. Kingstree lost 62-52 in their recent league challenge against Marion (Marion, SC)

Next up, the Yellowjackets confront the Mullins Auctioneers (Mullins, SC) in a AA Region 8 challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Andrews will attempt to improve on its 8-10 season record. The Auctioneers come into the challenge with a 17-6 record after their 57-51 league win over Lee Central (Bishopville, SC).
