Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Independence Falcons (Bakersfield, CA) and the host Highland Scots (Bakersfield, CA), saw Independence's basketball squad wallop Highland by a tally of 68-46.

With the victory, Independence improves its record to 13-7 on the campaign. The Falcons host Bakersfield (Bakersfield, CA) to play the Drillers in a South Yosemite - Valley challenge on Wednesday, January 31. The Drillers come into the challenge with a record of 5-16.
