Missouri High School Basketball - Maysville holds off South Holt
January 26, 2024: Maysville, MO 64469 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Maysville Wolverines (Maysville, MO) and the visiting South Holt Knights (Oregon, MO), saw Maysville's basketball squad hold off South Holt by a tally of 64-59.
With the victory, Maysville improves its record to 14-0 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Penney (Hamilton, MO) to confront the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 29. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 9-6. Penney won 68-54 in their recent non-league challenge against Savannah (Savannah, MO)
Next up, the Knights confront the West Platte Bluejays (Weston, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 29. South Holt will attempt to improve on its 14-3 season record. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a 8-8 record after their 64-49 league loss to North Platte (Dearborn, MO).
