Monson Mustangs (Monson, MA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Pathfinder RVT Pioneers (Palmer, MA), 84-57 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Monson upgrades its record to 7-4 on the season. The Mustangs host Baystate Academy (Springfield, MA) to clash with the in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 30. The go into the bout with a record of 1-8. Baystate Academy lost 67-43 in their recent league bout against Palmer (Palmer, MA)

Next up, the Pioneers clash with the Gateway Regional Gators (Huntington, MA) in a Tri-County - South bout, on Monday, January 29. Pathfinder RVT will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record.
