Oklahoma High School Basketball - Red Oak fells Stringtown
January 26, 2024: Stringtown, OK 74569 Red Oak Eagles (Red Oak, OK) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Stringtown Tigers (Stringtown, OK), 58-40 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Red Oak upgrades its record to 13-4 on the season. The Eagles host Clayton (Clayton, OK) to play the Bulldogs in a Rock Island bout on Saturday, January 27. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 12-8. Clayton won 52-39 in their recent non-league bout against Cameron (Cameron, OK)
Next up, the Tigers play the Mill Creek Bullfrogs (Mill Creek, OK) in a Big 5 bout, on Monday, January 29. Stringtown will attempt to upgrade on its 13-8 season record. The Bullfrogs go into the bout with a 14-8 record after their 66-60 non-league win over Granite (Granite, OK).
