New York High School Basketball - Sidney trounced by Horseheads
January 26, 2024: Horseheads, NY 14845 The Horseheads Blue Raiders trounced the visiting Sidney Team basketball team by a tally of 66-38 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Blue Raiders now possess a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Waverly for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 27. Horseheads will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 60-43 non-league loss to Hornell (Hornell, NY). The Wolverines record now stands at 0-1.
The Team (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Unatego (Otego, NY). The Spartans come into the Section 4 Midstate battle with a 6-2 record. In their last battle, Unatego trounced Delaware Academy (Delhi, NY), 42-37, in a league battle.
