Ohio High School Basketball - Lake Ridge Academy crushes Varsity Opponent
January 26, 2024: North Ridgeville, OH 44039 Lake Ridge Academy Royals (North Ridgeville, OH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Varsity Opponent (, ), 35-12 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Lake Ridge Academy upgrades its record to 2-12 on the season. The Royals host Wellington School (Columbus, OH) to play the Jaguars in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 27. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 14-2. Wellington School won 60-14 in their recent league bout against Miller (Corning, OH)
Next up, the play the Wright Christian Wildcats (Tulsa, OK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 26. Varsity Opponent will attempt to upgrade on its 107-368 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 5-10 record after their 40-33 league loss to Mingo Valley Christian (Tulsa, OK).
