Washington High School Basketball - Meadowdale can't hold off Edmonds-Woodway
January 26, 2024: Edmonds, WA 98026 The Edmonds-Woodway Warriors basketball team scored 35 points and restricted the visiting Meadowdale Mavericks to 34 in the Warriors non-league victory on Friday.
The Warriors now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cascade for a non-league contest on Monday, January 29. Edmonds-Woodway will battle a Bruins team coming off a 61-16 non-league loss to Shorecrest (Seattle, WA). The Bruins record now stands at 2-4.
The Mavericks (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Snohomish (Snohomish, WA). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Snohomish edged King's (Seattle, WA), 50-12, in a non-league contest.
