The Kennedy Fighting Irish basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host Sylmar Spartans to 53 in the Fighting Irish league victory on Friday.

The Fighting Irish now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valencia for a contest on Thursday, February 1.

The Spartans (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Canoga Park (Canoga Park, CA). The Hunters come into the contest with a 1-4 record.
