With the win, Houghton moves its record to 12-6 on the year. The Gremlins travel to St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI) to face the Eaglets in a non-league test on Friday, January 31. The Eaglets come into the test with a record of 15-5. St. Mary's Prep lost 6-2 in their recent non-league test against Cranbrook Kingswood (Bloomfield Hills, MI)
The Knights (11-7) will now prepare for their test against Plymouth (Canton, MI). The Wildcats come into the non-league test with a 9-13 record.
