The Hiwassee Dam Eagles tipped the host Murphy Bulldogs basketball team by a final score of 83-82 in Thursday's league game.

In their next game, the Eagles face the Robbinsville Black Knights (Robbinsville, NC) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, February 2. Hiwassee Dam will attempt to move on its 10-7 season record.
