Connecticut High School Basketball - Xavier nudges North Haven
January 27, 2022: North Haven, CT 06473 Xavier Falcons (Middletown, CT) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host North Haven Indians (North Haven, CT), 53-47 in a league bout.
With the win, Xavier upgrades its record to 6-6 on the season. The Falcons host East Lyme (East Lyme, CT) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 29. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 7-5. East Lyme won 66-33 in their recent non-league bout against Woodstock Academy (Woodstock, CT)
Next up, the Indians clash with the East Haven Yellowjackets (East Haven, CT) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 31. North Haven will attempt to upgrade on its 1-13 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a 9-4 record after their 69-58 non-league win over Sheehan (Wallingford, CT).
