January 27, 2022: Livermore, CA 94550 California Grizzlies (San Ramon, CA) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Granada Matadors (Livermore, CA), 4-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Grizzlies confront the Monte Vista Mustangs (Danville, CA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, February 1. California will attempt to better on its 13-4 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 6-0 record after their 2-1 league win over California (San Ramon, CA).
The Matadors now have a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dublin for a challenge on Tuesday, February 1. Granada will confront a Gaels team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Foothill (Pleasanton, CA). The Gaels record now stands at 8-8.
