Alabama High School Basketball - Central nips Paul W. Bryant
January 27, 2023: Tuscaloosa, AL 35401 Central Falcons (Tuscaloosa, AL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Paul W. Bryant Stampede (Cottondale, AL), 59-56 in a league bout.
With the victory, Central upgrades its record to 7-7 on the campaign.
Next up, the Stampede play the Sipsey Valley Bears (Buhl, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Paul W. Bryant will attempt to upgrade on its 15-11 season record. The Bears come into the bout with a 2-8 record after their 55-45 league loss to American Christian Academy (Tuscaloosa, AL).
