Central York Panthers (York, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host South Western Mustangs (Hanover, PA), 82-53 in a league bout.

With the win, Central York upgrades its record to 15-5 on the season. The Panthers travel to Cumberland Valley (Mechanicsburg, PA) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 2. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 15-2.

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Dallastown Wildcats (Dallastown, PA) in a York-Adams 1 bout, on Wednesday, February 1. South Western will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record.
