New York High School Basketball - Chateaugay overwhelms Colton-Pierrepont
January 27, 2023: Chateaugay, NY 12920 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Chateaugay Bulldogs (Chateaugay, NY) and the visiting Colton-Pierrepont Colts (Colton, NY), saw Chateaugay's basketball squad wallop Colton-Pierrepont by a tally of 74-47.
With the victory, Chateaugay improves its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to St. Lawrence Central (Brasher Falls, NY) to confront the Larries in a Section 10 East challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Larries come into the challenge with a record of 13-3. St. Lawrence Central won 79-22 in their recent league challenge against Parishville-Hopkinton (Parishville, NY)
Next up, the Colts confront the Madrid-Waddington Yellowjackets (Madrid, NY) in a Section 10 East challenge, on Monday, January 30. Colton-Pierrepont will attempt to improve on its 6-9 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 65-57 league loss to Tupper Lake (Tupper Lake, NY).
