January 27, 2023: Jasper, AL 35504 The Jasper Vikings (Jasper, AL) basketball knocked off the visiting Decatur Red Raiders (Decatur, AL), 64-46 in Friday's non-league test.
The Vikings (19-7) will now prepare for their test against West Union (Myrtle, MS). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 19-4 record.
The Red Raiders now own a 7-11 record. They play next when they host Athens for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 31. Decatur will encounter a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 71-59 league loss to Columbia (Huntsville, AL). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 16-3.
