Arkansas High School Basketball - Destiny Christian overwhelms Providence Academy
January 27, 2023: Rogers, AR Spectators at Friday's league outing between the Destiny Christian Wildcats (Del City, OK) and the host Providence Academy Patriots (Rogers, AR), witnessed Destiny Christian's basketball squad rout Providence Academy by a margin of 72-30.
The Wildcats (19-6) will now prepare for their outing against Hoops for Christ (Oklahoma City, OK). The Warriors go into the non-league outing with a 5-3 record. In their last outing, Hoops for Christ smashed Wichita HomeSchool (Wichita, KS), 41-37, in a non-league outing.
The Patriots now own a 9-11 record. They play next when they travel to Fort Smith Patriots for a non-league outing on Monday, February 6. Providence Academy will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 78-35 non-league loss to Providence Academy (Rogers, AR). The Patriots record now stands at 0-1.
