Missouri High School Basketball - Miller holds off Diamond
January 27, 2023: Miller, MO 65082 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Miller Cardinals (Miller, MO) and the visiting Diamond Wildcats (Diamond, MO), saw Miller's basketball squad hold off Diamond by a tally of 65-58.
With the victory, Miller improves its record to 8-10 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Ash Grove (Ash Grove, MO) to confront the Pirates in a Southwest challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 12-1. Ash Grove won 73-41 in their recent league challenge against Pierce City (Pierce City, MO)
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Stockton Tigers (Stockton, MO) in a Southwest challenge, on Monday, January 30. Diamond will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 69-54 league win over Sarcoxie (Sarcoxie, MO).
