Georgia High School Basketball - Providence Christian Academy crushes East Jackson
January 27, 2023: Lilburn, GA 30047 Providence Christian Academy Storm (Lilburn, GA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting East Jackson Eagles (Commerce, GA), 80-41 in a league bout.
With the win, Providence Christian Academy upgrades its record to 19-3 on the season. The Storm host Athens Academy (Athens, GA) to clash with the Spartans in a AA Region 8 bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 13-8. Athens Academy lost 78-63 in their recent league bout against Union County (Blairsville, GA)
Next up, the Eagles clash with the Fellowship Christian Paladins (Roswell, GA) in a AA Region 8 bout, on Tuesday, January 31. East Jackson will attempt to upgrade on its 7-15 season record. The Paladins go into the bout with a 1-18 record after their 69-31 league loss to Banks County (Homer, GA).
