The Marion Giants routed the visiting Logansport Berries basketball team by a final score of 83-53 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Giants face the Fort Wayne Northrop Bruins (Fort Wayne, IN) in a non-league game, on Saturday, January 28. Marion will attempt to move on its 9-6 season record. The Bruins enter the game with a 4-12 record after their 66-48 league loss to Homestead (Fort Wayne, IN).

The Berries now own a 6-10 record. They play next when they travel to Harrison for a North Central outing on Thursday, February 2. Logansport will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 55-42 league win over Richmond (Richmond, IN). The Raiders record now stands at 14-2.
