The Mission Valley Vikings (Eskridge, KS) basketball nipped the visiting Veritas Christian Eagles (Lawrence, KS), 43-42 in Friday's non-league test.

The Vikings (7-6) will now prepare for their test against Madison (Madison, KS). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 6-6 record. In their last test, Madison was tipped by Burlingame (Burlingame, KS), 56-55, in a non-league test.
