Kentucky High School Basketball - Danville Christian Academy knocked off by North Laurel
January 27, 2023: London, KY 40741 The North Laurel Jaguars basketball team scored 76 points and held the visiting Danville Christian Academy Warriors to 67 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Friday.
The Jaguars now sport a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Owensboro Catholic for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 28. North Laurel will battle a Aces team coming off a 46-43 non-league win over Southwestern (Somerset, KY). The Aces record now stands at 16-4.
The Warriors (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Shelby Valley (Pikeville, KY). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 3-9 record. In their last contest, Shelby Valley was defeated by Paintsville (Paintsville, KY), 60-23, in a non-league contest.
