The River Forest Ingots basketball team (Hobart, IN), was overwhelmed 79-41 in Friday's league battle with the host Lake Station Edison Fighting Eagles (Lake Station, IN)

The Fighting Eagles now possess a 17-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Andrean for a non-league battle on Wednesday, February 1. Lake Station Edison will confront a Fighting 59ers team coming off a 57-46 non-league win over Chesterton (Chesterton, IN). The Fighting 59ers record now stands at 21-3.
