The Seneca Valley Screamin' Eagles (Germantown, MD) basketball knocked off the visiting Poolesville Falcons (Poolesville, MD), 62-49 in Friday's non-league test.

The Screamin' Eagles (13-3) will now prepare for their test against Bethesda-Chevy Chase (Bethesda, MD). The Barons go into the non-league test with a 12-4 record.

The Falcons now own a 9-5 record. They play next when they host Paint Branch for a non-league test on Monday, January 30. Poolesville will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 50-24 league loss to Sherwood (Sandy Spring, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 3-4.
