January 27, 2023: Rockford, IL 61114 The Lutheran Crusaders (Rockford, IL) basketball walloped the visiting Lisle Lions (Lisle, IL), 63-37 in Friday's non-league bout.
With the win, Lutheran upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Crusaders host Oregon (Oregon, IL) to clash with the Hawks in a bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 19-3. Oregon won 59-32 in their recent non-league bout against Sandwich (Sandwich, IL)
Next up, the Lions clash with the Manteno Panthers (Manteno, IL) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Lisle will attempt to upgrade on its 3-20 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 44-26 non-league win over Grant Park (Grant Park, IL).
