New Jersey High School Basketball - Bergenfield fells Ridgefield Memorial
January 27, 2024: Ridgefield, NJ 07657 Bergenfield Bears (Bergenfield, NJ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Ridgefield Memorial Royals (Ridgefield, NJ), 68-49 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Bergenfield upgrades its record to 8-11 on the season. The Bears host NV - Old Tappan (Old Tappan, NJ) to play the Golden Knights in a Big North - National bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Golden Knights go into the bout with a record of 6-11.
Next up, the Royals play the Palisades Park Tigers (Palisades Park, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 29. Ridgefield Memorial will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 1-12 record after their 47-37 non-league loss to Koinonia Academy (Plainfield, NJ).
