January 27, 2024: Camp Hill, PA 17011 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Trinity Shamrocks (Camp Hill, PA) and the visiting Bishop Guilfoyle Marauders (Altoona, PA), saw Trinity's basketball squad hold off Bishop Guilfoyle by a count of 59-56.
With the victory, Trinity upgrades its record to 14-3 on the campaign. The Shamrocks host Middletown (Middletown, PA) to play the Blue Raiders in a Mid-Penn - Capital challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Blue Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 10-6. Middletown won 68-53 in their recent league challenge against Steelton-Highspire (Steelton, PA)
Next up, the Marauders play the Bald Eagle Area Bald Eagles (Wingate, PA) in a Laurel Highlands challenge, on Wednesday, January 31. Bishop Guilfoyle will attempt to upgrade on its 11-3 season record. The Bald Eagles come into the challenge with a 8-9 record after their 49-32 league loss to Central (Martinsburg, PA).
