January 27, 2024: Cherry Hill, NJ 08003 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Montgomery Cougars (Skillman, NJ) and the host Cherry Hill East Cougars (Cherry Hill, NJ), saw Montgomery's basketball squad overcome Cherry Hill East by a tally of 49-31.
With the victory, Montgomery improves its record to 14-1 on the campaign. The Cougars host Rutgers Prep (Somerset, NJ) to confront the Argonauts in a Skyland - Delaware challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Argonauts come into the challenge with a record of 11-5. Rutgers Prep lost 53-45 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Peter's Prep (Jersey City, NJ)
Next up, the Cougars confront the Lenape Indians (Medford, NJ) in a Freelance challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Cherry Hill East will attempt to improve on its 6-12 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 14-4 record after their 44-38 non-league win over St. Augustine Prep (Richland, NJ).
