South Carolina High School Basketball - Gray Collegiate Academy tops Hebron Christian

January 27, 2024: West Columbia, SC 29169

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Gray Collegiate Academy War Eagles (West Columbia, SC) and the visiting Hebron Christian Lions (Dacula, GA), saw Gray Collegiate Academy's basketball squad knock off Hebron Christian by a tally of 72-58.

With the victory, Gray Collegiate Academy improves its record to 22-5 on the campaign. The War Eagles travel to Columbia (Columbia, SC) to play the Capitals in a AA Region 4 challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Capitals come into the challenge with a record of 7-14. Columbia lost 69-49 in their recent league challenge against Keenan (Columbia, SC)

Next up, the Lions play the Hart County Bulldogs (Hartwell, GA) in a AAA Region 8 challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Hebron Christian will attempt to improve on its 18-2 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 10-11 record after their 69-60 league loss to Monroe Area (Monroe, GA).
