New Jersey High School Basketball - Peddie tops James Buchanan
January 27, 2024: Hightstown, NJ 08520 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Peddie Falcons (Hightstown, NJ) and the visiting James Buchanan Rockets (Mercersburg, PA), saw Peddie's basketball squad knock off James Buchanan by a tally of 87-74.
With the victory, Peddie improves its record to 10-8 on the campaign. The Falcons host Perkiomen School (Pennsburg, PA) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 31. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 7-4.
Next up, the Rockets play the Northern York Polar Bears (Dillsburg, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Colonial challenge, on Monday, January 29. James Buchanan will attempt to improve on its 2-14 season record. The Polar Bears come into the challenge with a 7-9 record after their 48-35 league win over West Perry (Elliottsburg, PA).
