Montana High School Basketball - Jefferson can't hold off Manhattan

The Manhattan Tigers basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Jefferson Panthers to 57 in the Tigers league triumph on Saturday.

The Tigers now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Broadwater for a B District 5 contest on Friday, February 2. Manhattan will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 83-39 league loss to Three Forks (Three Forks, MT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-11.

The Panthers (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Ennis (Ennis, MT). The Mustangs enter the B District 5 contest with a 0-9 record. In their last contest, Ennis was nudged by Manhattan (Manhattan, MT), 74-44, in a league contest.
