Oklahoma High School Basketball - Mooreland holds off Thomas-Fay-Custer
January 27, 2024: Mooreland, OK 73852 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Mooreland Bearcats (Mooreland, OK) and the visiting Thomas-Fay-Custer Terriers (Thomas, OK), saw Mooreland's basketball squad hold off Thomas-Fay-Custer by a tally of 55-48.
With the victory, Mooreland improves its record to 10-8 on the campaign. The Bearcats host Buffalo (Buffalo, OK) to confront the Bison in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 29. The Bison come into the challenge with a record of 9-8. Buffalo won 38-33 in their recent league challenge against Arnett (Arnett, OK)
Next up, the Terriers confront the Hydro-Eakly Bobcats (Hydro, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Thomas-Fay-Custer will attempt to improve on its 9-10 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 10-9 record after their 72-41 league loss to Calumet (Calumet, OK).
