The Sound Christian Lions basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Quilcene Rangers to 44 in the Lions league triumph on Saturday.
The Lions now sport a 13-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rainier Christian for a 1B/2B Sea-Tac contest on Tuesday, January 30. Sound Christian will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 75-31 league loss to Auburn Adventist (Auburn, WA). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-6.
The Rangers (5-11) will now prepare for their contest against Puget Sound Adventist (Kirkland, WA). The Sharks enter the 1B/2B Sea-Tac contest with a 5-8 record. In their last contest, Puget Sound Adventist smashed Redlands Adventist Academy (Redlands, CA), 61-60, in a non-league outing.
