Missouri High School Basketball - Fort Osage thwarts Barstow
January 27, 2024: Kansas City, MO 64114 The Fort Osage Indians (Independence, MO) basketball knocked off the host Barstow Knights (Kansas City, MO), 59-40 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Indians (6-10) will now prepare for their test against Platte County (Platte City, MO). The Pirates go into the non-league test with a 12-3 record. In their last test, Platte County notched a victory over Kearney (Kearney, MO), 38-34, in a league test.
The Knights now own a 2-10 record. They play next when they host St. Michael the Archangel for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 30. Barstow will encounter a Guardians squad coming off a 76-59 non-league loss to Raymore-Peculiar (Peculiar, MO). The Guardians record now stands at 8-7.
