Oklahoma High School Basketball - Pittsburg overwhelms Calvin
January 27, 2024: Calvin, OK 74531 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Pittsburg Panthers (Pittsburg, OK) and the host Calvin Bulldogs (Calvin, OK), saw Pittsburg's basketball squad wallop Calvin by a tally of 66-15.
With the victory, Pittsburg improves its record to 17-4 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Leflore (Leflore, OK) to play the Savages in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 29. The Savages come into the challenge with a record of 8-12. Leflore lost 40-36 in their recent league challenge against Kinta (Kinta, OK)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Asher Indians (Asher, OK) in a Pontotoc challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Calvin will attempt to improve on its 2-16 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 14-7 record after their 48-28 non-league win over Wayne (Wayne, OK).
