Sun Valley Vanguards (Aston, PA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cristo Rey Philadelphia Blue Pride (Philadelphia, PA), 64-29 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Sun Valley upgrades its record to 10-8 on the season. The Vanguards host Bayard Rustin (West Chester, PA) to clash with the Golden Knights in a Ches-Mont - American bout on Monday, January 29. The Golden Knights go into the bout with a record of 12-5. Bayard Rustin lost 60-32 in their recent non-league bout against North Penn (Lansdale, PA)
