Virginia High School Basketball - Osbourn Park fells James River Midlothian
January 27, 2024: Manassas, VA 20111 Osbourn Park Yellowjackets (Manassas, VA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting James River Midlothian Rapids (Midlothian, VA), 64-51 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Osbourn Park upgrades its record to 16-3 on the season. The Yellowjackets host Gainesville (Gainesville, VA) to play the Cardinals in a Cedar Run bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 18-3. Gainesville won 82-20 in their recent league bout against Unity Reed (Manassas, VA)
Next up, the Rapids play the Clover Hill Cavaliers (Midlothian, VA) in a Dominion bout, on Tuesday, January 30. James River Midlothian will attempt to upgrade on its 12-3 season record. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a 7-10 record after their 50-38 non-league win over J.R. Tucker (Henrico, VA).
