The Central Red Devils basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting Carver Montgomery Wolverines to 60 in the Red Devils non-league triumph on Monday.

The Red Devils now possess a 23-4 record. They play next when they host Opelika for a 7A Area 4 game on Tuesday, January 28. Central will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 50-49 non-league win over Handley (Roanoke, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 20-5.

With the loss, Carver Montgomery falls to 17-12 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Northridge (Tuscaloosa, AL) to confront the Jaguars in a non-league game on Thursday, January 30.
