In Monday's league test, the Lawrence Academy Warriors (Merry Hill, NC) basketball squad trounced the host Northeast Academy Eagles (Lasker, NC), by a score of 67-45.

Next, the Warriors encounter the Pungo Christian Academy Raiders (Belhaven, NC) in a NCISAA Tarheel test, on Wednesday, January 29. Lawrence Academy will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record. The Raiders come into the test with a 7-12 record after their 69-64 non-league loss to Christ Covenant (Winterville, NC).
