California High School Basketball - Liberty knocks off Temescal Canyon
January 27, 2025: Lake Elsinore, CA 92532 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Liberty Bison (Winchester, CA) and the host Temescal Canyon Titans (Lake Elsinore, CA), observed Liberty's basketball team overcome Temescal Canyon by a score of 51-38.
The Bison (15-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Canyon Springs (Moreno Valley, CA). The Cougars come into the Sunbelt challenge with a 10-10 record. In their last challenge, Canyon Springs defeated Heritage (Menifee, CA), 79-52, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Titans battle the San Jacinto Tigers (San Jacinto, CA) in a Mountain Pass challenge, on Friday, January 31. Temescal Canyon will attempt to improve on its 18-6 season record.
