January 27, 2025: Princeton, MO 64673 Princeton Tigers (Princeton, MO) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Union Star Trojans (Union Star, MO), 66-13 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Princeton upgrades its record to 16-0 on the year. The Tigers travel to Stanberry (Stanberry, MO) to face the Bulldogs in a Grand River West match on Tuesday, February 4. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 5-12. Stanberry lost 48-36 in their recent non-league match against Osborn (Osborn, MO)
The Trojans now sport a 2-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northeast Nodaway for a Highway 275 match on Tuesday, February 4. Union Star will face a Blue Jays squad coming off a 64-17 non-league loss to King City (King City, MO). The Blue Jays record now stands at 2-17.
