January 27, 2025: McHenry, IL 60050 McHenry Warriors (McHenry, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Rockford East E-Rabs (Rockford, IL), 49-18 in a non-league match.
With the victory, McHenry upgrades its record to 3-19 on the year. The Warriors travel to Crystal Lake Central (Crystal Lake, IL) to face the Tigers in a Fox Valley match on Wednesday, January 29. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 15-6. Crystal Lake Central won 44-33 in their recent non-league match against Deerfield (Deerfield, IL)
The E-Rabs now sport a 2-20 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Belvidere for a Northern Illinois 10 match on Tuesday, January 28. Rockford East will face a Bucs squad coming off a 53-41 league loss to Boylan Catholic (Rockford, IL). The Bucs record now stands at 14-9.
