Utah High School Basketball - Grand County overwhelmed by Carbon

The Carbon Dinos basketball team scored 82 points and restricted the visiting Grand County Red Devils to 40 in the Dinos league victory on Friday.

The Dinos now sport a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Canyon View for a 3A Region 12 contest on Wednesday, February 2. Carbon will battle a Falcons team coming off a 60-48 league win over Richfield (Richfield, UT). The Falcons record now stands at 6-12.

The Red Devils (5-14) will now prepare for their contest against Green River (Green River, UT). The Pirates come into the non-league contest with a 1-15 record. In their last contest, Green River was routed by Whitehorse (Montezuma Creek, UT), 75-64, in a league contest.
